About
Established in 1992, DCA is the brainchild of principal architects Nitin Khatwani & Hussain Dholkawala. Over a span of 3 decades the firm has not only grown in size and stature but also in its approach to design and architectural sensitivity. DCA has come to be known for its unique design approaches adapted to each project for achieving a balance between functionality & aesthetics, context, climate, material, cost & time-frame.DCAs versatile portfolio spans a comprehensive range of residential, commercial and institutional projects. Though DCA is based in Mumbai it has a pan India presence and has even ventured internationally in the Middle East, USA & Europe. The synthesis of viewpoints from our team – composed of designers with an artistic sensibility, engineers with highly specialized technical knowledge, and planners with a deep understanding of economics, generates design solutions that no single person could have imagined on their own.
DCA works on creating designs that integrate the client’s explicit requirements with their most subtle preferences, creating exemplary spaces that range from awe-strikingly expansive to stylishly intimate. Our team takes care of every intricate component of the design process from conception to execution.
