Our design team has the confidence and flexibility to go outside the box. Philosophically, we believe we can do anything, and are not afraid to try anything. The design process does not stop at the drawing board, but rather continues throughout the project, even after the project is executed. ARK is the PROCESS, CREATIVITY and the EXPERTISE that makes the concepts real.
Concept Design
In this stage we understand the clients’ tastes and requirements. The course of discussions and brainstorming enables us to better understand the expectations from the space, and the clients’ latent needs. A comprehensive market survey and consideration on the project design, construction programme, and budget control are taken into consideration in this stage; followed by the development of space layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
