The firm was established in 2018 after Mr. Rakesh Prajapati as a Architect, after working for more than 10 years, well-known consultancy, to start their own practice. With varied experience in construction designing and executing real estate projects offices, residential commercial complexes, as well as speciality for individuals villas. Approach
Creative Buildcom design approach is to re-connect architecture with nature, make optimum use of space, natural materials, lighting and landscape to re-invent and transform living environments and urban spaces. We are dedicated to unique design approaches adapted to each project, achieving a balance between functionality and aesthetics, context, climate, material, cost and time frame. Each minute detail of the building, drawings at every stage is thought and executed so that it has a definite purpose to serve.

Essential ideas of habitation and pragmatic understanding of human behavior as well as site, context and materials guide the designs. The design is underlined by clarity of plan organization, dynamic spatial forms. Exploration in new materials and attentiveness to details is taken care of.
