About the StudioWith over 20 years of experience, Studio’s projects have been diverse in scale and type – ranging from larger institutions, and industrial developments, to various retail or work environments, and homes. Our work is informed by an approach to making spaces relevant to its context and people. Systems of usage, and human interaction shape the spaces we design, making them more efficient and comfortable for its users. We believe that a ‘good’ project is beyond aesthetics, it is an effective balance of design, planning and execution. We like to address each of these with finer details, and make the process smooth for clients, with our turnkey services.
We create authentic and aesthetic spaces by complimenting them with budget, time and functionality. Our resourceful design solutions have led us to work with clients across the following four broad verticals. Architecture Landscape Urban Design Structural Design.

Neha Modi, an architect and an academician, has been practising in the field of architecture and planning for the past 30 years . After completing her bachelors from MS university, she has worked under masters of architecture, which include BV Doshi, KB Jain, Leo Perriera, Jaimini Mehta. Designing a shelter, keeping interests of seeker paramount, representing the ethos of the land it rests on, complementing nature that surrounds it and when creating these spaces, induce interesting twists, spring subtle surprises while giving it a soul.
