Last week I made a surprise visit to Atulyam Aangan II with my dad, just to get a feel of the place and it turned out better than we expected. The 3 BHK unit we walked into had a generous hall, a dining corner, and a lovely attached balcony. The kitchen was well-positioned, not hidden away nor too exposed. All three rooms had proper sunlight and decent views. The builder clearly paid attention to natural air movement, which we noticed immediately. Outside, the surroundings of Radhika Park were clean, and there was hardly any noise pollution. We could imagine our family settling in easily here. It gives you a mix of modern space and old-school peaceful living.
