A few days ago, I visited Altosa Impera while exploring options for my first property investment in Rajkot. The 3 BHK flat felt well-designed, with decent room sizes and a functional kitchen layout. It didn’t feel cramped at all, and the natural ventilation made it more appealing. Mavdi is one of those areas that is steadily improving good road access, grocery shops, schools, and banks are all nearby.
