As a visitor exploring Jamnagar Road, I found the 3 BHKs at Affordable Comfort surprisingly well-planned spacious layouts with a peaceful vibe that feels more homely than flashy. In contrast, Aurum One stands out with a more upscale, polished touch—modern interiors and a premium finish that feels almost hotel like. Both offer comfort, but in very different tones: one calm and grounded, the other sleek and aspirational. A pleasant surprise on both ends of the budget spectrum!

When I visited my friend’s home at Aurum One, I noticed how beautifully the flat was arranged. You walk into a large living area that doesn’t feel boxed in it’s open and gets natural light. The bedrooms are thoughtfully placed the master on one end with its own attached space, and the other two rooms sharing the other side. The kitchen is placed right where it should be, with space for storage and a separate wash area that keeps it clutter-free. There’s a good connection between all parts of the flat, which makes it feel more like a home than just a layout on paper. And since it’s located right between Jamnagar Road and Nana Mava Road, all daily needs and travel routes are easily covered.
